The Beginning
Started our first tour company in Jerusalem. 2 guides, Excel spreadsheets, and a lot of WhatsApp messages.
Growing Pains
Scaled to 15 guides. Cash tracking became a nightmare. Tried every booking software — none helped with guide management.

Building the Solution

Released RockeTour to fellow operators. 50 companies joined in the first 3 months.

200+ tour operators across 15 countries. $2.1M saved in commission fees. Still operator-owned, still operator-focused.
