By accessing and using RockeTour's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
RockeTour provides digital solutions for tour operators including marketplace distribution, booking management, WhatsApp automation, and AI customer service. Our services are designed to help tour companies grow their business and improve customer experience.
3. User Responsibilities
Users of our platform agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of their account credentials
- Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service
4. Pricing and Payment
Our pricing is based on a commission model and per-message/interaction fees as outlined on our pricing page. Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice.
5. Commission Structure
The 7% commission applies only to bookings made through our marketplace distribution. WhatsApp reminders are charged at $0.10 per message with volume discounts. AI customer service is charged at $0.80 per interaction.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this platform remain the property of RockeTour or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their tour content and customer data.
7. Limitation of Liability
RockeTour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked and outstanding fees will be due.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform.
